This leading insurer in Singapore had earlier acquired 49% stake from Savu Investments which is the holding company and part of Goldman Sachs in January 2011. The whole acquisition values the property at around $660 million for a net lettable area of 278,800 square feet which translates into less than $2400 per square foot.
