Commercial Building Details

UOB Plaza is strategically situated at 80 Raffles Place Singapore 048624. UOB Plaza comprises of two towers, namely the 67-storey UOB Plaza One and the 38-storey UOB Plaza Two. The former is a 280-metre tall building with 67 floors, and was completed in 1992. The latter is relatively shorter and older than the former with the building constructed in 1973 and reconstructed in 1995 to have the same facade as the newer and taller building. The two skyscrapers are linked by a lobby block that houses the banking hall.

UOB Plaza is owned by the United Overseas Bank, a bank founded in Singapore in 1935 by Kuching-born Wee Kheng Chiang, father of present chairman Wee Cho Yaw.

The commercial space available is for office rental and sale. The building has a very good office layout with maximum and efficient use of office space. It is also equipped with basic amenities.
