​Marina Bay Link Mall is a commercial building located at the most prestigious Downtown Core Marina Bay area. It is located at 8a Marina Boulevard Singapore 018984, district 01. It is part of the Marina Bay Financial Centre development. It is primarily used for retail, f&b, entertainment outlets sales and rental.

Marina Bay Link Mall occupies an area of 179,000 square feet. The main developers are Cheung Kong Holdings, Hong Kong Land and   Keppel Land Limited. Phase 1 comprise of the Ground plaza, Marina Bay Financial Centre Towers 1&2 and the Subterranean (below The Lawn @ Marina Bay) occupying a total of 94500 square feet. The owners of Phase 1 are Hongkong Land, Suntec Reit, Keppel Reit and ARA Trust Management (Suntec) Limited.

Phase 2 comprise of DBS auditorium at level 3 and 3 levels of Tower3 of Marina Bay Financial Centre making up an area of 84500 square feet. The owners of Phase 2 are DBS Group Holdings Limited, Hongkong Land, Keppel Land Limited and Cheung Kong Holdings Limited.

Marina Bay Link Mall’s Subterranean is located directly below The Lawn @ Marina Bay and is linked by an underground pass to the Raffles Place Mrt Station. It will also be connected to Downtown, Marina Bay and Bayfront Mrt stations.
